Hi,

I have an H1B amendment pending with USCIS (Change in client and location). I need to travel to India and take a stamping date.

1) Can I go for stamping while the amendment is in process?

2) Can I fill a DS160 with with my amendment under process? which application number should I fill in it? The approved one (past) or the current one (which is under process).

3) If the amendment is denied, can I still continue in US (have an I140 approved)?

4) If the amendment is denied, Can I apply for L2 (My spouse in on L1A) with in US?

5) Can I apply L2 and EAD simultaneously from with in US?

Thank you so much
