TESTAGG Posted November 7, 2017 Report Posted November 7, 2017 Hello - I am getting X Salary plus On-call payment (Which can be stop any time), if in LCA my Salary was Y which is greater then X, would there be any problem if i will go for Stamping?
JoeF Posted November 7, 2017 Report Posted November 7, 2017 Yes. Your real salary, excluding all bonuses, etc., has to be at least the salary listed on the LCA. Optional stuff that can be stopped at any time doesn't count.
