H1B extension RFE - Maintain Valid Status At Time of Filing

Hi,

I have an approved I 140.

My current H1B expired on:  Sep 30th 2017.

Employer Filed for H1B extension (for the 7th year) in :  June 2017

In the meantime, my project at Client A got over in September 2017 and in the first week of October 2017 I started working for a different Client B in a different state through my Employer.

My initial H1B extension went to RFE  in : October 2nd week 2017

My employer had withdrawn the initial H1B extention petition which went to RFE and filed a new H1B extension in last week of October 2017 with new LCA and new Client  letter (Client B's client letter).

The new H1B extension too went to RFE with the status 'Maintain  Valid Status At Time of Filing'.

Any ideas about how to respond to RFE and proceed further with my case ?

What are the options I have if the extension gets denied in the worst case?

Any reply ASAP is really appreciated.

And how did you resolve this ?
