In the meantime, we have realized that we actually need a second person for our company with similar skills. How will this affect our job posting requirements and our assertion that this first candidate has unique skills for us? Link to comment
JoeF Posted November 1, 2017 Report Share Posted November 1, 2017 Hmm, does the company have a lawyer? If the ad didn't say that the company needs two people, I think PERM would have to be redone. But the company should check with an immigration lawyer. Link to comment
