APDelhi Posted February 20, 2011 Report Share Posted February 20, 2011 We received 221g green slip in Nov 10 2010 from Visa Consulate .. asking Client letter I worked on EVC(E->A->B->Client) model. we submitted all letters after 1.5 month. now they are asking DHS letter. I want to know how much time it will take to complete the process. Please advice. Link to comment

APDelhi Posted February 21, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 21, 2011 As my contract renewal was due that time .. and Vendor was not ready to give letter for 1.5 months. I am going to submit DHS letter this week. Last time my wife asked to Consulate officer regarding the time line. he said all documents are in order only one document we need to proceed further. she got call from embassy just third day when we submitted the document. APDelhi Posted February 22, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 22, 2011 We submitted docs .. late be'z my contract renewal was due and vendor was not ready to give new letter as he already gave at my H1B renewal time in mid July.In last coversation with consulate officer ..time line was said to us is 2-3 weeks. APDelhi Posted February 25, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 25, 2011 DHS letter submitted @VFS center , we asked can we submit along with Passport , VFS consular confirmed with Embassy and asked her passport, Can anyone share how much time usually takes in that above condition.
