EB2 to EB1 Porting- Suggestion

Hello,

I am in United States since 2006,

I left US end of 2012 for an year as my 6 years max out. I worked for the same Company for an year as a Manager and came back to US in end of 2013 as a manager and currently in a Managerial role. 

My GC was filed in 2013 Dec Eb-2 category and my I140 approved . 

Am I eligible to port to Eb1 category?
