e-notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

I submitted e notification of application acceptance with my N400 documents last week. Since I used Fedex I know that the application was received last Thursday Oct 19th morning. However, I have still not received an email from USCIS whereas the form  says that they will notify me  within 24 hours of acceptance of the application. 

This morning (Monday) I checked my credit card and I see that it has been charged the application fee. Do I need to be worried that I have not received the email as yet? Or is this the norm?

You are not alone, I also am in the same boat, never received any e-notification. My wife do get them :) we both applied the same time.

I never received any email or text for application receipt / acceptance or even finger printing. I received paper copy of finger printing notice 20 days after credit card was charged. Once finger printing was done, my status changed to "In line for interview" in 4 days. This was notified via text as well as Email. So I can not say when they turn on the notification and how. I won't worry too much at this point of time.
