Loganandh Posted October 12, 2017 Report Posted October 12, 2017 Hi, I'm looking to apply for H4 EAD for my wife. My I140 is pending for approval. However, my H1B approval got extended beyond 6 year period using the AC21 rule. My PERM and I140 was applied 365 days before 6 year period. Should I go ahead and apply for H4 EAD ? FYI, I'm on my 5th year in H1B. Regards, Log.
