I have 2 H1-B petition - the current petition expiring on 15th October 2011 and new petition starting on 16th October 2011 valid till 15th October 2012. 2. The stamped visa on my passport has already expired. I am going on vacation to India in 1st week of September and planning on coming back on 1 week of October. Since my stamped visa has expired I would need to get a new visa stamped (fill DS 160). Now the problem is - in DS 160 I can only enter one petition information. Which one should I enter? If I enter the new petition, will I get my stamped VISA till October 2012 - also can I enter US 1st week of October 2011? Link to comment
