Gan2017
My employer decides to initiate my GC PERM process only at the beginning of my 6th year of H1 (Jan 2018). My question here is, will that be fine and having sufficient time to have LC / I-140 approved before my H1 gets expired on Jan 2019. Time spent in abroad would add a month more to my Visa expiry date(Jan 2019 + 30 days = Feb 2019). Could you please advise if you see any issues with this delay? Link to comment
Neda
LC and I140 approval should take atleast 6 months. In my case it was close to 9 months. But the question is, what if something goes wrong in this process and you max out at that time? Link to comment
