VISITOR VISA BEFORE H-1B TRANSFER

Hi,

I am going to sponsor my parent's US trip. But I am about to transfer my H-1B in next week and I have valid I-94. My new company haven't filed my H-1B should I wait till I get approval or can I still sponsor their trip ?  Will it affect their visa?

My parents are attending interview in next week should I reschedule or not?  

Please do let me know if this will be a problem in approving their visitor visa?

Your H1 is no way related to their B2 visa

There is no sponsoring for visitor visas. You can pay for their trip, but that's not sponsoring.

Your H1 has no bearing on their visa application. They need to have strong ties to their home country.
