axorb Posted September 20, 2017 Report Posted September 20, 2017 Hi, My H1B petition was filed by my employer on 11th April 2017, and its still pending approval. The attorney raised a request on September 6th and USCIS responded with that the case is on hold and awaiting security checks. My employer has decided to move my case to premium processing but I am not sure how much of that would have an affect on the case. Is anybody in the same boat or has gone through the process. What is the expected timeline for the security checks to complete. Any thoughts or feedback would be appreciated.
