H1b Transfer when Amendment in Progress

Hi,

I am working for Employer A who has assigned me to a new project at a new location. They are starting with the LCA and Amendment Process. In the meantime, I have got an offer from Employer B who will be doing my H1B Transfer. This Transfer might happen only in a month or 1.5 months. Will the filing of the Amendment in anyways cause an issue with the Transfer? What will happen if the H1B Transfer is completed and the Amendment gets a RFE?
