sgandla
Belle, I did not understand your question. If you were referring to: If I applied for I-485 before? This will be the first time I will be applying I-485. I am self filing and need to know what USCIS center should the employment letter from my future employer be addressed to? Thanks Link to comment
Joe.F
Get a lawyer if you don't have one. The lawyer would know these things. Link to comment

employmentlett
Hi Gurus, My Lawyer filed 485 without Employmnet verification letter. My employer is willing to provide the letter but the lawyer said it's not required as I am with the same employer (current employer - one who filed my GC process) for 6 years. I submitted recent W2's and Pay stubs. Please advise, is it mandatory to submit Employment Verification letter??? Link to comment
