10 days Gap between Employment

Hi,

 I am working with employer A and got an offer with employer B. B filed H1B with start date of September 25 and got receipt. But my last date with employer A is September 15. I couldn't extend the date and also I need 10 days to move to the new place. I don't have vacations to use and my old company is not ready to extend the employment as well. Will it pose a problem in the future during Green Card Processing or will it hamper my H1B transfer?  Thanks.
