RFE on H1B

This is my first term on H1B in United States and having received RFE on visa. My Employer has responded back to USCIS, so I am having below concerns:

1. When we can expect (any specific time period) response from USCIS on RFE?
2. Is it safe to travel to outside the country for 2 weeks time frame?
3. Shall I initiate H1B transfer with new employer?

There is no time frame for them to react to the RFE.

And nothing can be transferred, it isn't even approved yet.

Ohh So we can't initiate H1 Transfer with new Employer.

What about Travel out of USA for 2 week time frame.

is your current visa valid for traveling?

yes you cant initiate H-1B Transfer as your initial H-1B application is not approved yet

Just small correction, I have got an RFE after entering in USA on amendment (work location change) of H1 visa. So, still is there any issue during H1 transfer.
