I-140 deniel after submitting RFE

What is the best option to do?

I-140 filled: 30th Jan 2011

RFE received: 20th June 2011.

Denial update: 29th June 2011.

Questions asked in RFE:

1. The beneficiary's W2 form or Payroll for 2010.

Ans. Company submitted it.

2. Company Audited financial statement for 2010.

Ans. Company submitted it and i don't know how it was. Lets say if its not good. Can we send a new financial audited report again while appealing?

3. Copies of paystatements or checkstubs.

Ans. Company submitted it.

[GDP2011]

1. Were you making the prevailing wage?

2. Does the company has enough cash to pay your wages

I am surprised about your denial of the I-140
