H1 application has old client name with new client address

As I switched my client during H1B filing period for the year 2017 while working for the same employer, The H1B petition has old client name with new client address while I worked for the same employer for both the client. My petitioner have been asked in RFE to provide evidence as to when/where/whom the beneficiary will be working for as the filed address did not belong to the filed client name. But i'm worried if the application has more chances of denial because of this issue. Any insight on this?
