Changing Employer while I140 is stilled filed at USCIS

 I140 in EB1C category filed at Nebraska center - March 2017. I was in USA on H1B visa. Returned back to India in July 2017.

Now I have quit the company in India, but my company is NOT withdrawing my I140 application from USCIS. My question - When I140 approved notice received by my current company (just quit), can i use that for the Green Card I785 application by the next emp[loyer I am going to work for.

The I-140 is employer-specific. It can not be used by another employer. The process would have to start over from scratch.

However, it is possible to reuse the PD of the old approved I-140.
