H1b transfer processing time

Hi,

my petition was filed in April 1st week this year for transfer with California . I still have not received any decision . It has been 5 months now. How could I check the processing time in uscis website . Not sure which category listed there does transfer cases fall into . Can anyone help me know the processing time in calfornia device center for transfers.  

Also what are the factors to decision m transfer requests

To check processing, look under the form I129...and then find your sub-category which in your case seems to be "H-1B - Specialty occupation - Extension of stay in the U.S."...For California service center, it is April 2, 2017
