Immihelpwest2017
Hello Friends, I really need some advice .My wife was charged with petty theft 5 years back she plead not guilty and the case was dismissed .she did not have to take any diversion program however, she was fingerprinted and photographed at the station . We are now planning to travel to Inida and have to go stamping . what are the necessary documents that I should take ? I have all her case disposition documents and arrest record. I am also planning on getting a letter from the attorney. Can you please let me know the average cost of this document as my attorney is charging 750$ And last but not the least how do I get a police clearance certificate . Any inputs would be valuable. Sam3895
You would need a clearance certificate and court disposition documents Reach out to the local police department or state patrol to receive a notarized clearance certificate Every state has a different procedure to procure this clearance certificate Link to comment
