Hi, 

H1B with Level 1 wage RFE will get approved? Have you come across any cases getting approved.

Attorneys across US are facing this issue. There is no easy way to answer this question to USCIS. So, attorneys are offering to re-do the whole process starting from new LCA filing (with Level 2 wage or above)

Its possible only when you're filing for H1 ext, not for new H1.
