Seeking advice on addressing "RFE" for my H1 extension

Hello Everybody,

I am seeking your advice/opinion on how to address the "RFE" (request for evidence)  that i have received for my H1-B extension.

My employer filed for my H1-B extension  and I had mentioned the work location "A" for my end Client , now  i have moved to a new work location "B" for the same client .

So in that case, how should i address the "RFE" ?
