Wanted to Deny my H1b

Hi ,

I got picked up in the h1b lottery and got an RFE in the month July first week. The RFE was stated to provide all sort of client letters and many other justifications about the pay rate and other stuff.I wanted to drop off from the lottery because i cannot provide any client letters and even the project filed with that particular H1b was ended. also i haven't submitted the necessary docs for the RFE yet.

I got my opt extension and it is valid till May 2019.

So i wanted to deny this H1b filed by employer as i got an full time offer. i have still two more chances to file my h1b. 

Could you please suggest me how to withdraw my h1b petition and is it wise to do so?

 Because the lottery with which i got my H1b was a consulting job and this time i got an full time offer and i don't want to take a risk at this point of time without having proper client letters. Can i withdraw my  h1b for this time?

Please help me with your valuable suggestion.

You don't have to do anything. You can start working with your new employer immediately. If your present employer does not reply to the RFE in the stipulated time, your application is automatically rejected.
