CAP GAP expire Sep 30, but H1 approval is still pending. Do I need to stop working after 30 of Sep or no?

Hello, My OPT EAD (CAP GAP) is till September 30th only, I got RFE for my H1 and hope I will submit before september 1st week. If the approval is not gained before October 1st, Am I eligible to continue work till i get approval as my case with USCIS or I need to Stop working till I gain approval?
