Rajeshkm Posted August 17, 2017 Report Share Posted August 17, 2017 Hello Everyone, My H1-B nomination got picked up on Apr-2017 and the status changed to RFE on JUl-24-2017. But i'm seeing one statement in the USCIS status - 'If you do not receive your request for additional evidence by August 23, 2017,' What does this mean? Is it something if i'm not receiving any information by Aug-23-2017, H1-B petition get rejected automatically. Please someone reply to the above query.Thanks. Link to comment
copco Posted August 17, 2017 Report Share Posted August 17, 2017 No it means that if you don't receive it by 23rd august it likely got lost in the mail. You then have to inform them about it and ask them to send a copy. Link to comment
