H1 transfer after I94 expiry with bridge application

My H1 approval with employer AAA was till July 31 (Employer AAA did not file for an extension). My I94 expired on July 24th itself.

I moved to a new employer BBB on July 20th and they applied for my transfer on July 18th.  The H1B transfer with company BBB is in progress.

Now i got an offer in a better company CCC and they initiated my H1 transfer on Aug15th.

Now if i switch to company CCC and if the company BBB withdrew my transfer application, will i go to Out of status ? Can i take the offer with CCC ?
