AKR-1617 Posted August 16, 2017 Report Share Posted August 16, 2017 Hey All, I have a situation i need to take advice, I work as a contractor for an Consulting Firm, I'm on OPT-EAD valid till Jul-2018 and I got my H1B (Regular Processing) picked with and got an RFE. I got a full time with a different client and they would like to start me from September. I got two options to take hear, 1) Take the full time role on OPT-EAD and apply for H1B next year (or) 2) Forget the Full Time and be with my current Consulting Firm and wait for H1B. I feel taking any one of both options i'll loose something Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks, Link to comment

Some folks are totally out of options. Set your priorities, what is your first priority?? a full time job or H1B? why don't you start full-time from October 15th or 20th, then you will have both H1B and full time job. Link to comment
