Place of Birth error in I-140 form

Hi,

My place of birth was misspelled in I-140 application(labor is approved), so my attorney has send a request for change and we did not receive an update from USCIS and then raised the 2nd change request as per attorney. So how many days it will take to get it corrected? can I file it in premium for it to be resolved quickly?

My attorney is stating that I should wait 60 days from USCIS response for 2nd change request, Is it correct?
