I don't have OPT EXT because I have done my MBA, it doesn't fall under STEM. My H1B application has been picked and I got RFE. I have applied for CAP GAP from my university but they said it will only work until Oct 1st 2017. I won't be having any status after Oct 1st as my H1B is still under process. Will the CAP GAP still work? Can I still work until I get the decision from USCIS for my H1B application? Link to comment
