H1-b visa interview with SoC computer programmer 1131

Hello guys,

Need help/advice.

I will be traveling to India end of this month and have visa interview scheduled in Hyderabad. I have close to 8 years work experience in US and my H-1b was extended in Feb this year based on my I 140. However, my LCA has SoC as computer programmer with SoC code 1131. Will this be an issue with stamping? Did anyone get stamped successfully under this category?

IT is a chance you need to take. You cant really start a new amendment with new LCA and New Wage level (2) and get the approval and then go. 

 

Since you dont have that kind of time. just take a chance.
