Can L2 visa (EAD) continue to work in own LLC on weekend alongwith a full time job

My spouse is on L2 dependent visa and has EAD. She started few consulting gigs after forming a LLC company. Nothing major, mostly small assignments here and there. Recently, she got an offer for employment from a company. My question- can she continue to do consulting gigs on the side along with job or she has to stop showing in activity in the company and shut it down.

The L2 EAD allows her to work anywhere, even in parallel. But, fulltime employment contracts usually prohibit side jobs without company approval.

So, this is more a contract issue than an immigration issue.
