H1b tranfer receipt tims

After premium processing suspension for h1 transfer, how long uscis is taking to send the receipt ? I am not asking for the approval as I know it can take months. 

My new employer (one of top 5 top tech firm in US) has filed for my h1 transfer and I am not sure if fedex receipt is enough. Also I don't want to wait for a month to get just receipt. 

Any one in same boat ?

Usually it takes 10 business days to get USICS Receipt 

fedex receipt is not enough

I got my receipt in 10 days. Filed on 05/31 and got my receipt on 06/09 from VSC

Is your petition approved? Need to know how much time service centers are taking these days? I applied on 07/03 through California service center,

Vermont Service Center. BTW, my petition got approved as well on 07/24.
