Hi I have a job offer from an employee who is willing to transfer my h1b. However due to premium processing suspension h1b approvals are taking 4-8 months. My passport is expiring in the next 6months and there is a possibility my h1b approved won't come by then. Will this increase the probability of my h1b transfer being rejected ? Link to comment
