Hi,

I have a master degree in Embedded software development. I do work as software developer of embedded systems. My company filed my h1b as Application Programmer which falls under computer programmer. I received rfe recently and uscis has asked lot of questions like organization chart, detail explanation of job duties (specialty occupation) etc etc. Please let me know if anybody has faced similar RFE. What are my chances of approval?

I too got the same RFE last week . my attorney preparing docs for this. my 140 approved and not understand why i am still got RFE . it is really strange and i am close to my 240 days period. i am really worrying do they conside with docs. please let me know did you hear any update.

Hello, I got the same RFE this week. Could either of you please update on your case? Were you able to overcome it? If so, how? I am FTE filed under cap exempt level 1 wage

Update: My case was denied later after responding to RFE. As I was in stem opt company applied in correct soc next year and was approved.
