Need Help - I140 - EB3 - Date of Arrival

Hi,

My company has filed PERM/LC for me, it got approved. Now, they have sent me questionnaire for I140 where one of the question is related to I94 form. They have asked 'Date of Arrival'.

In my case, I had visited USA couple of times on Business visa in 2006, later on got H1B visa in same year and came to USA for first time on H1B.

In 2008, I went to India for a vacation of 4 weeks. I am in USA after that vacation.

Question is - What should be 'Date of Arrival'?

- My first visit to USA on Business visa?

- My first visit to USA on H1B visa?

- My visit to USA after vacation?

It should be the latest 1-94 arrival date...so the 3rd option u mentioned...
