H1 B Withdrawal from new company impact on H4-EAD

Hi,

I am working with a company A. Recently I got an offer with company B and decided to move forward. After company B has filed by H1 B transfer petition and due to some circumstances, I had to refuse the offer and remain with Company A. Company B has withdrawn my application and also H4-Petition. Does this impact my current H1B or H4-EAD  status of my spouse?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

As long as you haven't joined the Company B even for a day and your name is not on Company B payroll means your Company A H1B and its linked others are not impacted
Company B H1B and its linked others comes to force only after joining Company B until then Company A is your in-force sponsor
