ARAVAL Posted July 20, 2017 Report Posted July 20, 2017 Hello, I am on H1B visa sponsored by a non-profit organization, never been approved against regular quota. I am already aware that if I want to work for any for profit organization, I will have to go through regular H1B visa process in April. However, I am not sure if that is applicable after my I-140 get approved through my current employer. Please advise. AR
