India Travel on Old Visa and approved new petition with new employer

Hi,

I have stamped H1B visa of my old employer till September 1st 2017(they revoked my petition) and my H1B transfer was approved for my new employer along with new I-94(till jan 3rd 2018). Do i need to go for stamping if i travel to India for two week trip and return on 20th August 2017? What are other options for me? Please reply ASAP

you dont need visa stamping if you are coming back before visa expiry date and carrying latest I-797 .

POE will give you new I-94 based on your latest I-797 date
