My case was approved today. Status was not updated online but attorney got notice. Thanks everyone. I still can’t belive that my   rfe was cleared  :)

Yes they are two different rfes . i have seen cases when some got rfe for speciality occupation and after rfe response they got for level one rfe.  But there are cases where both are mentioned in one rfe ..  i am live example of this as of now

Hi Rajesh,

                This is my second RFE already as my first RFE was about client relationships, timesheets, payslips etc... My attorneys USCIS has said that it is very highly unlikely they would issue a third RFE... I'm already ready with my response for specialty occupation RFE.. I shall tell you how to go about it..

Que sera sera congratulations!! I received the same RFE on Friday. Could you please give an idea or give us the response letter submitted by your attorney? My employer filed under Wage Level - 1, premium processing, Cap exempt.

I had got RFE for level 1 and specialty occupation. it got denied in moth of Nov 17 . My employer filed for MTR in dec 17 . i got approval in march 18

I am also in same situation,  is anyone having samples of documents where the Speciality occupation salary level wage 1  RFE is approved.

Please share with me.
