I - 94 number error on H-4 Extension

Recently My H-1B and My Wife H-4 extension was approved till 2014. we received our Approval notice, when i checked my approval notice everything was fine even I-94 number, but on wife approval notice, I-94 number was different from one on the I-539 application (H-4 extension application).

What should i have to do, should i have to call USCIS or should my company attorney call USCIS.

how long it take for USCIS to fix the error on the approval notice and send a new one.

Generally, when there is a USCIS error on an approval notice issued by USCIS, the Petitioner or the Applicant (or their representative) should contact the USCIS depending on the type of the petition/application. An application for H4 extension is not filed by a company but an individual, so the applicant (or his/her reprehensive on USCIS record) should contact the USCIS.
