H4 EAD for my spouse

Hi,

 

I got my 140 approved recently. But employer is not sharing a copy of it to file H4 EAD. 

The only thing i have is I-140 receipt number which was forwarded by attorney.

Is it ok to file H4 EAD by attaching the receipt number to the checklist along with a screen shot( as an evidence that it was approved) from USCIS.gov?
