Hello,

Currently I’m on H1B with Employer-A and I’m planning to resign and move to India and Join with Employer-B.

While I’m in India can Employer-B make use of my current H1B (which has 2 more years to Max-out)? If so will that H1B transfer fall into Cap or Cap-Exempt?
