PJohnson Posted June 13, 2011 Report Share Posted June 13, 2011 Hi, I am transferring my H1B from a Desi company to a full time position with a well know America Company. Receipt Date is May 9th. Regular Processing. It still says Initial Review. Last year when i had my transfer from Desi company - Desi company i was fine and i got it in less than 30 days. Is there anyone who got approval having the receipt date around May 9th (regular).???? I am very stressed since my previous H1 expiry date is Aug 1-2011. I wish i get this approved before that :( Guys, Please post any closer transfer submission results to have an idea. Thanks in advance. Link to comment
