But but our EADs, his H1B,my H4, my kid's advance parole are still valid for another two years. I am traveling to India with my kid next week and coming back towards end of August. Will be there any issue at the port of entry on my return? What are the documents should I carry along now? In case my husband finds another job on H1B and gets it transferred by the new employer, what will be the scenario in that case for my kid and myself at the port of entry .? Please help.
