Nanjunda kumar Posted June 12, 2017 Report Share Posted June 12, 2017 My company filed my H1B petition in the year 2014 and it was picked in lottery, but got RFE, unfortunately my company didn't respond to the RFE, as a result USIC denied my petition stating" The contract between XXX and XXX were insufficient and absent valid statements of work, the evidence does not establish the work to be completed" At the same time my L1A visa was processed and it got approved. I'm in USA from Nov 2014. Question is: can i activate my H1B Petition again, pls suggest me Link to comment
