When does H1 out of status start?

1. Employer A: Visa, I-94 expired 18 Oct 2016

2. Employer B: H1 transfer, approved I-797 till 24 Nov 2017.

3.Employer C: H1 transfer(non-premium). Currently, RFE(as on 7th June 2017).

4. Employer B revoked H1 on 11 Jan 2017.

Question: If my current RFE with Employer leads to Rejection, What will be my status?

• a. out of status from the day the H1 transfer was denied(say, June2017)?
• b.out of status from the day the H1 transfer was applied(6th december2016)?
• c. out of status from the day previous employer revoked H1(11th  Jan 2017)

 

Any pointers will be highly appreciated.
