Parthasarathy Tamilselvam Posted June 2, 2017 Report Share Posted June 2, 2017 Hi, I have travelled to last year August 2016 and applied for extension immediately since my visa was expiring on October 31 2016.I got RFE on April 2017 for the following reasons a) Maintenance of status b) Employee employer relationship and I have submitted documents on time finally my H1b extension got denied on may and the notice says lack of evidence for employee employer relationship.What are the options I have to come back US? Will my next petition will get denied if I apply soon ? Link to comment
