SVT
Hi, My spouse and child are planning to apply for adjustment of status based on my approved EB1 I-140. In the application an A# is required, is it the A# from my I140 approval? Because my spouse has an A# from his approved EB2 I140. I’m assuming it is my A# that they need to put on the application. Please correct me if I’m wrong. Thanks in advance, SVT Link to comment
hseema
It is not A# from your I140. Each individual have there own A#. You cannot use your A# ok there form. Leave it blank if you don't know. Link to comment
Shurap1
No you should not leave it blank, it needs to be from I-140 form. Link to comment
