H1B Visa Employer NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT

Hi,

I am on H1b visa with a Huston,Texas based company. 
My employer asked me to sign on NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT.

"If i decide to leave within 2 years, i will have to pay an amount of $25,000". I am going to change my Employer.

Here a few questions I have:

1.Should i sign on that bond.
2.what happens if i avoid signing. 
3.If i break the bond and not pay the bond amount. What will happen.

In anyone came across this situation, please help me.
